Incorrect Amount debited from Account

I am on the key care plus plan and in March R3385 was deducted from my account wen i norm pay R2200 and i emailed discovery & got a response advising tht i was put in the high bracket bcoz docs was not submited. I have submitted my docs on the 18032013 and no one called me wid feedbac i called and was told a doc is outstanding submiited again and still no response, everytym i call an agent tells me the income verification department is working on it, will take 7 to 10 working days and last week someone called and wants to kno wen i want my policy cancelled. Disc really need to get competent ppl in this department, due to the wrong amount been deducted twice i am now in errors with my bank and other commitments. This is really unacceptable.
