I had a procedure done 14th of June 2013 at the Contansia Day Clinic and had my bag with my wallet and cell phone in it. After the procedure my husband came to fetch me and left my bag in the hospital. He called the hospital 2 hours later and they told him they could not find the bag and did not bother calling me back or enquiring exactly what happened. I then called a week later on 21st and told them what happened the receptionist proceeded to transfer me to the ward. When I got to the ward I spoke to a Sister Elise and she was very rude telling me that she did not my bag so I shouldn't' be irate with her, she told me they could not help me and I must call the manager on Monday morning. The manager called me on Monday midday saying she was very busy and she too was not helpful at all actually quite rude. She told me she will get the right person to call me and that I needed to be patient as this had never happened before to which I responded that this means I am the first victim of and expect to be treated with respect and urgency. No one to date has respond or reported to me! This is unacceptable. My ref number after logging the complaint is 26873
