More than a year ago my baby was in hospital it took me months of liasing between the doctor and the medical aid to get the account sorted out, eventually i logged a hello peter complaint and was assured by Tamlin Afika that it was now sorted out. Imagine my surprise when i got a sms from the doctor telling me that my account has now been handed over for non-payment.
BANKMED YOUR SERVICE IS BEYOND PATHETIC I HAVE TO KEEP EXPLAINING MY SITUATION OVER AND OVER AND KEEP FOLLOWING UP THE WHOLE TIME. HOW MANY MORE COMPLAINTS SHOULD I LOG BEFORE YOU GET IT RIGHT.
