I have potentially been diagnosed with cancer, but to confirm this blood tests were sent to the pathologist. I am from Mosselbay and had to stay over at my son. After a week of calling and waiting I was told that it would take much longer, so I went back to mosselbay. I have been liasing with the Superintendent, Dr Maart. I have now been informed that they had lost my file, yet I have received an account. To make things worst I urgently require to be informed if this is cancer as i need to know what alternative actions to take as time is of the essence. The hospital just gives the impression that they do not care. When I mentioned that I would be laying a complaint I was told to go ahead. It just seems that my concern about the urgency of this matter is not being taken into account.
