I purchased a voucher from groupon for this establishment rated as 4 star and luxury family accomodation both in the advertisement and on the voucher. Since my stay which ended abruptly due to
1) the establishment being a danger to children; wild baboon roaming freely in the garden, an uncovered trampoline pit, an unsecured uncovered pool, horizontal climable bars, the abscence of meals and room service for the kids.
2) rude unfriendly staff unwilling to assist.
3) false billing with threats when questioned
4) no receipts following billing
5) abscence of security, on site staff, receptionist.
6) I have since been harassed by the owner Alun Clark with an unwillingness to resolve the matter.
7) since my complaining - they have changed the website and it no longer reads four star and have removed the expired AA grading.
8) I am appalled by the conduct of Alun and Niel Clark and groupon for not verifying the supplier an facillitating business practice. This is not the first episode in which Groupon has aided and abetted a deceptive advertiser and when one has an uses each hides behind the other.
