On the 3 June 2013 I took my 18 month baby for his routine vaccine, when Temprance Kemp the clinic nurse said she forgot to give my baby his pneumoccocal vaccine 9 months ago! I was devastated and completely livid with the pure negligence displayed by such a reputable company. How dare do you put my baby at risk! He is not a product that can be returned if damaged, he is my child that I protect with my life and I relied on the nurse to ensure that he was being immunised correctly.
This was not picked up when he went for his 12 month or 15 month check up but 9 months later. My child has been at risk for 9 months of being seriously ill if not fatal should he have contacted pneumonia or meningitis.
I have lost all faith in this paticular nurse and clicks clinic columbine square and will not be going there again, this is a mistake that should not have happened!
Clearly Click sees no importance regarding my matter as up until now I have received no response even after logging a complaint at Head Office on the 6/06/2013.
This will be going in the media as I would hate for another child or mother to experience this
