On 3April 2013 I submitted an account for refund - by way of putting my claim in the discovery box at Dischem at the Garden Route Mall. More than a month and a half after that they "still have not found it in the system". So I was asked every time I queried that I must just wait a little longer, and a little longer etc. etc I then emailed it so many times that I have now forgotten. Then eventually approx 10 days ago I was told they cannot read it (? - I emailed it to other people as well as myself and we could read it). The person who was helping me then asked my dr's telephone number and told me she was going to phone them to ask them to fax it to them. The way I know the person at my dr's offices she would have emailed it straight away. Discovery says they have a period of 3 working days for a refund.
