Ooked a mini van and driver to take us from Parkhurst to FNB stadium for the Spingsteen concert. We were collected but had to share the mini van with 6 other people and the rest of our party had to go on two other motor vehciles (had booked a private minvan). Dropped off outside stadium and agreed to meet at same spot at 12:30. We got there at about 12:20 and no driver. Phoned said he was near by 1:45 (after all of us trying to call and him hanging up on us) we gave up and had to source multiple cabs at R450 each. Have sent a complaint today and Lisa says she is awaiting feedback form her manager. The driver claimns he was there, which he was not. We have 20 people who can testify otherwise. I want to be reimbursed 1200 for the return journery which never happened. In my opinion for the money we paid the driver should arrive an hour earlt and be waiting for me!!!
