Bad attitude by Vakele Veto

To whom it may concern

I phoned in to the GEMS call centre (0860004367), at about 11: 25 today. I spoke to a male (Vakele Veto).
He was absolutely rude and abrupt and refused to at first give me his surname, then said it was VITO.
I asked to speak to his supervisor, he refused point blank to give me his supervisors name then said that he does not have a supervisor.
When I said that I am going to report him to GEMS head office and the CEO, his reply was you can do that as they cannot do me anything.

I find that such a person is bringing GEMS into disrepute.
