Proffessional yet humane

Just a brief word to compliment Fedhealth on the humane and professional way in which our problem is being handled.
While I am quick to criticise, I SHOULD ALSO BE QUICK TO GIVE CREDIT WHERE IT IS DUE.
Have dealt with Mary Wyngaard in (for me) a very difficult time. She is knowledgeable and professional, yet humane.
It's not over yet, but Fedhealth's support (although expensive for us pensioners) is one less concern to deal with.
