My mom is being hospitilised on Monday, 10 June. She is in a tremendous amount of pain and Momentum just dont give a! They also do not give a about legislation (TCF) as they are not treating their customers fairly.
NO ONE AT THE CALL CENTRE KNOWS THE COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE AND there is NEVER a manager on duty to speak to!!!
