I started on Discovery a month ago and I have been placed on a waiting period for 12 months. Meaning for a year I will pay R1400 but not have any benefit. I would like to cancel immediately as I was not informed of some of the things i cant get treated for.
I have been contacting them and nothing has happened. Momentum never put me on a waiting period, Nor did anyone else.
Who can I speak to in order to cancel as Discovery have become quiet now.
