My gran was admitted to Entabeni on Monday 27th May - however during administration the receptionist entered the correct code - my gran was denied admittance and was only granted admittance until Tuesday night!!!
During this time - here chart was filled out incorrectly! due to negligence her chronic medication name was filled out incorrectly! she was not given this in 5 day - resulting in her having Epileptic fits!
this took place during visiting hours - luckily so - i made made aware off! she had one prior but the nurses where not aware! during this time she had 10 fits! it was then when i checked the chart to notice the error!
till date the manager has not gotten back to me!
my gran has gotten worse in hospital - the main reason she went to hospital was for a bed sore on leg but has lead to this!!!
