Hi, I am sure that you know this already, as everytime I tell this to one of your call center agents they tell me... "I know, everyone complains about it", but you have one of the most ridiculously poorly developed Websites I have ever seen in my life. It is so user unfriendly, that I have had to phone in on several occasions to get assistance navigating to things like your Multiply Shop. I am a technical IT person, so I don't know how the average user manages to survive. The Website has been developed in such an illogical way that it is almost impossible to do anything on your website without becoming frustrated. I am actually considering going back to discovery based purely on this. I mean in this day and age your website is the primary portal in which your customers communicate and interact with you. Half the time I get an error message when trying to log in.
You should seriously consider scrapping it and starting from scratch. I have seen government agencies with better websites than you.
