I've logged on a claim report so that Discovery will refund me for a visit to the specialist on the Fri 2013/10/11. Only received an automatic response. After a few days, on Wed 2013/10/16 09:11 AM I send the claim again, by then they just respond: "The details on the claim you sent to Discovery Health are incomplete." Not what else they needed. So I've sent through a bunch of documents that I received from the doctors on the Thu 2013/10/17 03:25 PM AND Thu 2013/10/24 09:00 AM. Still have not received any feedback whatsoever.
