I've been attampting to collect a cancellation cert. from D since 10am this morning. After endless hours I hate to say I'm still battling with their horror centre. All I need is a cert stating my join date and termination date as i need this to be able to join THEIR Remedy med. Aid but I'm seriously becomming annoyed with the incompetence of the call centre and hate to think about my future dealings with them!!
