I requested a tax certicate in April for 2011/2012 spoke to a Fidonia ref: 220413qwj5rt then to Teboha Ref: 0905132xv268 and Ref:250413qwv006 to date I have not received it. Sars has penalised me now with a R2000-00 fine as I was awaiting the Tax Certificate from Bonitas. With each call I made they promised they would send it within the next 5 to 10 days still I am totally disgusted with Bonitas as i have phoned other Medical Aid Schemes who has informed me that it is system generated and available almost immediately. My concern is that I have to pay SARS now R2000-00 which I can ill afford.
Please help I do not know where to turn
