Just to update that my issue raised on non-billing was resolved. a senior bonitas personel contacted me and resolved the issue. im grateful that this was done and i have retained my membership with bonitas. just a note for bonitas, please ensure that your call centre agents do not give information that is in conflict with the scheme's procedures, as this causes unecessary inconvinience.
