MOST Frustrating process!!!

I have recently undergone a major operation, at first there was issues getting authorization for the OP and after a 2 week process, My OP was authorized. I have being paying Discovery every single month by the 29th of each month and almost every single month, I receive a notification that my policy has been suspended due to non payment, I then have to call, send proof of payment then wait a almost a week before any one responds to me. On the second day of my recovery from the OP, my Physio was stopped at hospital due to discovery not authorizing it saying that my cover is suspended. A month before my OP, My policy increased from -R500 to R1300 because I did not send them my income verification documents (which was not even requested by Discovery) they made absolutely NO effort to call/email that my cover has been increased, it has been 3 months and I have still not got my policy back down to R500. This has been the most frustrating process for me!!! I have sent numerous emails, made numerous phone calls and nothing has been done, I made payment of R1300 last month which discovery has NO record of even thou I have sent through proof of payment!!!
