We paid upon request from Drs Du Buisson Kramer Swart Brouw (they said the medical aid did not paid) and after investigation it was also paid in full by the medical aid. We have been trying since 2 weeks ago to get feedback regarding Mr J.B. Janse van Rensburg payment towards 2 accounts which he paid in error. When we eventually did received feedback from Tshepiso Phera - he advised that a refund for invoice number JFX90165 has already been requested and a cheaque has been posted to you, JFX96238 has been requested recently. Should you not receive the payment within 14 working days, kindly contact us again. Since when did companies made out cheques??? Both payments has been done the same day, why does it take so long to get feedback from this company??? This is really not acceptable at all!!!
