I tried to have a very simple query attended to today which has led to no end of frustration on my side:
All I want is a statement of my Vitaprem payments of R105 per month deducted from my account starting 1 July 2012 to present.
What I received instead:
A call to Vitality redirecting me to Discovery
A call to Discovery redirecting me to Virgin active
A call to Virgin active redirecting me to Vitality
A call to Vitality referring me to accounts
Accounts keeping me on hold for quite some time with a promise that they understood whta I wanted and that this would be e-mailed today
REceived 43 e-mails of claims statements. NOT ONE OF THESE CONTAINS THE INFORMATION I NEED!!!
Is there someone who can actually assist with this??? I am beyond fed-up with the poor service
