HealthyFood card taking over 2 months for delivery

I applied for Vitality, because I can get cashback when I shop at Pick n Pay. I've still haven't received my card and its been over 2 months.(the waiting period is usually 2 weeks.)
I've spoken to over 5 different people at the callcentre - and all of them gave me a promise that they will call me back, but no-one did.
First person said it was due to postoffice striking, second person said they will cancel my card, and rebook an new one (but will call me back with a code for my new card that I could use in the meantime - he didn't call me back) Third person said that my address was incorrect - so she ordered a new card and said to call me back to organise a courier to send me the card - she didnt call me back. After explaining to the fourth person, she said to hold the line, and put me on hold for over 3 min... I've emailed - no replies!

I've done everything I could possibly do from my side - Im LOSING money by being on Vitality.
