Im am very disappointed after being on the top plan for 10 years, being declined after waiting 3 weeks for authorization, i have had the procedures before but now i don't meet the criteria, im sorry but if this is the response im moving my medical aid over to someone that will help, i cannot live my life with migraines and spasms!!
