Impressed with staff communication - 2nd Floor, Rm2

I was very impressed with the friendliness of Justin and his staff working on 2nd Floor, Room 2 area 7.30 - 9.30am on the 14/5/2013. They greeted me and each other in a very nice way that made an impression on me. I was waiting for the doctors to finish there rounds to get feedback on my dad. The group of doctors walked right pass me even though the male nurse made them aware I was waiting on feedback. Male nurse (tall african guy) came back to me to apologise because he did mention it to the doctors and none of them bothered to stop and tell me to wait or give me feedback (sad face). I eventually went to Sister Ohlson when she came on duty to give me feedback. My compliments to all the lower paid staff on 2nd Floor, Room 2. Keep up the great work even though you don't always get the recognition you deserve. Today I saw people passionate about their careers and calling. I trust this team on 2nd Floor will be recognised for going the extra mile and showing the enthusiasm that I saw this morning. Bless and live everyday like it is your last.
