On the 20th March i called Pathcare for assistance regarding medical aid claim which was submitted incorrectly by them. The lady i spoke to in the accounts enquiries department was EXTREMELY unhelpful and very bluntly told me that there was nothing she could do for me as there procedure was not followed correctly by their staff, seriously?? How did that become my problem. Her tone was very condescending and to a certain extent rude. I did not expect a miracle just a bit of polite assistance.
