Poor service and harassment

Sale handled in a most unprofessional manner. The salesman who visited left no documentation or even a card. I called to ask for an invoice. You ask who did I speak to. The person who answers your phones! (I hope you know who answers your calls.) But I should not even have needed to call. You should either have left an invoice or sent one immediately without asking.

You say "The lady that does the scheduling was off until this morning" That's your problem, not mine. And "only then did she receive your urgent order". I simply asked when delivery could be made, was told Friday and made arrangements around that with a nurse coming to bath my wife. At no stage was I told that this was "urgent" or that there was any problem with meeting the date that your salesman offered.

I also found the harassment and threats of non-delivery because of your mistakes very irritating indeed. My wife is dying - slowly and painfully. I didn't need any additional stress from your poor service.
