Bad service - advice and selling the wrong parts

I bought a Miele vacuum cleaner from Tafelberg Furniture's. I also bought extra filters and bags. This was done in 02-01-2012. I needed to replace my filter after 2 years and this is what I tried to do. Opening the filter box bought in 2012 I found they supplied me with the wrong filter. Cost of the filter R 250 on 02-01-2013. I went to the same store 06-01-2014 and did not have an invoice but showed them the filter. The salesman Jacques just shrug his shoulders and said he could do nothing about it. We went home and my wife found the invoice. On returning with the invoice they credited my wife with R250-00 and made out an invoice for R399-00 a difference of R 150-00. My wife paid the difference. I am furious - this was their mistake.
They took my filter and put it back in stock at R399-00 - So who is losing? For a fault their salesman (student) Jason 664 made in 02-01-2014 I had to fork out an additional R150-00 for something I thought would be a saving in the long run. A Price increase of R 150-00 in two years? That is a 60% increase in 2 years - well we know what inflation is doing - these people are us blind.
