I signed a contract for the new phase 1 units at the vacation club. The agreement clearly states that I will pay a deposit and the remaining balance will be debited off my account for the next four months. To my surprise, my account was debited for the full remaining balance of R18 000 without my approval. Thank I had sufficient funds, else all my other debit orders would have been returned with huge bank fees and my credit rating would be effected. Vacation Club is a bunch of that cannot be trusted. Suddenly, no one can help when I try to resolve this matter and I get transferred from person to person. I'm still waiting for the sales manager to call me.
