I have dealt with the walk in centre In Roodepoort, the call centre and read my statements, emails and sms. I have so many different stories that contradict one another and I am in the middle trying to do the work that Medscheme/Fedhealth should be doing. I sincerely hope that the calls that are supposed to be recorded will verify my version of the events. No one wants to take on my queries an sort them out. I am told to call the call centre. Passing the buck again. This is not the first time. Confusing codes and a hopeless website despite years of constructive criticism nothing has changed. So tired of dealing with this. Please Fedhealth! Give me a dedicated, competent, senior person who will help me. Thank you
