Chronic medicine that USED to be covered is now no longer covered without ANY notification! When my wife enquired about this she was told that she needed to fax a letter from the doctor to proof the meds is necessary which she did. 7 days later and still NOT RESPONSE. Again my wife follows up and this time is told that the machine takes 7 days to receive a fax!!! Which she dismissed as hogwash... Subsequently she was told sorry they didn't receive it please re-fax and wait another 7 days!!! Obviously the person on the other end as usual refused to identify herself.
Moral of the story is: FIND YOUR OWN MEDICAL SCHEME WHILE YOU STILL CAN. BECAUSE THESE JERKS ARE PROTECTED BY THE IMPERIAL GROUP YOU CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT THEIR PERSISTANT PATHETIC SERVICE.
