Current gold card holder. Received R300.00 counterfeit notes on the 29/04/13 at 13:30 from teller 1 south booth after cashing in chips. After 5 minutes I decided to return to the black jack tables to play some more, which after it was discovered it was counterfeit. Matter was reported to security to investigate. After "so called" investigation by Nevan I was advised that I will not be refunded and that there is no evidence that the notes given to me was counterfeit. Even after I advised Nevan that I am willing to take the matter further and even go for a detector test. As far as I am concerned this is not how you treat your gold card holders... Needless to say I will not be returning to Emperors Palace and will advise all my family and friends not to visit Emperors in future...
