Broken wardrobe

Hi I bought two wardrobes cash from bradlouws in Mitchell's plain promenade on the 1 june I've been going in and out of the store to ask about when they will deliver my mirror which wahgeeda the manager of the store that took my cash knowing that the mirror was broken is ignoring me completely even on WhatsApp, I even spoke to Muneer from the warehouse his even ignoring me... it's four months later I haven't received any communication from them... what do I need to do? I paid R20 000 cash
