I've ordered my Bedroom suite in 08-07-2014. I am still waiting for my base (Paid for) of my bed and one pedestal. I only have one pedestal. Two weeks later the base was delivered this base was far too high. I contacted the owner immediately who then assured me that the base would be replaced. This never happened. I have been calling him for the past 3 months constantly and he makes the same promises, however nothing happens. I am so frustrated as I cannot use this bedroom suite at all, I now demand a full refund of the whole bedroom suite, however my complaints have fallen on deaf ears. The customer service fom this store and its owner is appalling. Going to take him to court.
