In the 20 years that we have been dealing with ABI, the service has never been this bad. I placed my order on Monday and paid for it, but I still have not received it. This has happened a few times now. My fridges are empty, and nobody is helping. Our rep is not going the extra mile to satisfy her client.
Please, I am not someone who usually complains, but when customers start to complain because they are not getting a cold drink, then I must complain as well.
