Hi my name is Ursula and I was at the Walkerville branch in the 31 September with my sick mom and thought we would get her a nice peace of Chicken... the R50.00 special... well when we got home I dished for my mom... I heard her say the chicken is hard but she is on early on set of Dementia so I just left it... but then 20 to 30 min after she finished she hardly made it to the toilet her tummy started cramping and running... she was on the loo most of the night... I take her to the shops Monday and Wednesday so while there yesterday I popped in the the branch to tell the manager about the ordeal..he was not accommodating at all told me to take my mom to the doctor and bring a doctor's note and he will investigate the situation... how will he do that..and who is going to pay for the doctors visit... I found that very odd... I did not like his attitude and for R50.00 rand I have to take a day off... bad bad service and this is not the firts time I have had bad food from them... please sort is out as it gives Calitso a bad name... 0833123697
