Macdonald Welkom messed up my evening
Ordered the food at MacDonald drive through in Welkom goldfields mall on the 11 August 2021 between 19: 20 and 20:00 . after waiting for the queue at the drive through i ordered food and when i was supposed to collect the food I was requested by the cashier to return to the window that patently orders are supposed to be paid and when I got to the next window assuming hat I passed all windows with one.
the cashier then requested me to get out of the car on the drive through and go make the payment and walk bak the the car that was on drive through.
1 I FAIL TO UNDERSTAN WHY THE PAY POINT WAS LEFT UN ATTENDED
2 WHY WOULD I WASTE M0RE THAT 30 MIN AN MY PETROL GOING VIA DRIVE TRHOUGH AND BE TOLD TO GET OUT OUT OF THE CAR TO GO MAKE THE PAYMENT, WHAT IS THE PERSPOSE OF DRIVE THROUGH
THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC AND HORRIBLE SERVICE IV EVER GOT IN ANY RESTURANT
I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE RESTURANT TO LAY COMPLAIN WITH THE FLOOR MANAGER AND SPOKE TO SANELE/XANELE
IM DISSAPOINTED IN ANY ACDONALD
