I have an LG Home Theatre Systems that had been giving me problems for a while. I've sent the HT to LG repair centre (Edenvale) for about 3 to 4 times. Even now the HT is at LG for almost the same fault. I've been calling LG for help and up to so far I'm not happy with the service I've received. They call me today and said the HT is ready for collection, I didn't collect it cause I'm tired of fetching it and sending it and beside, should I fetch it and experience the same problem next month who's going help me fix it. Since The HT will go out of warranty in June 2013?

I had spoken to Mr. Clinten, Regushnee and Mr. David Sparell about my problem and they keep on referring me to one another, like when I call Mr. David he`ll refer me to Mr. Clinten. Mr Clinten will promise to call but he never gave me a call.
