Samsung Galaxy s3 - inferior screen

I have tried for the last week to get through to the manager of samsung head office manager Werna. They never put me through, he is either in a meeting of "just stepped" out of the office. No matter how many messages i leave and my phone number he does not answer the messages.
I purchased a galaxy S3 about 3 weeks ago. I was sitting on my couch which is low and very close to the floor and the phone slipped out of my hand. Immediately the screen broke. this is after they say that they have the strongest screen on the market. i know other people that have had the same problem. I would like to know what they plan t do to rectify my problem
