I ordered a new cellphone from CaCell on 9th Jan. I got a call the next day (Thursday) and was told the order would be dispatched by Friday. A week later, no package. I contacted the call center, gave my order details, was placed on hold for 15 minutes, then told I would be given a callback--which I did not get. Sent a mail to them asking for an update, didn't get a response. Called again today and was finally told that there was no stock and will only come in on friday. I will only get the phone after 22nd Jan. First I was fed false information, then not fed any information at all. Totally unacceptable.
