I put my claims(REF#7110466768) through to Samsung in December 2012. I was told it would take up to three (3) months and we are now in April.
I'm shocked by Samsung's claim division in that they are unreachable. My claim was handled by Naeem, who promised to give feedback, but has not kept his promise. I've emailed him several times and received no feedback. So he is a dead end in terms of the claims. I was shocked to find out that there is no one else I can speak to regarding this claim but him.
I've called the call center and was given their direct line and still no answer though they are present in their offices. I was given Naeem's supervisor's contact who is Eben: he too, doesn't answer any calls.
I would have thought that Samsung's customer service would be at least be at an established standard. I'm utterly shocked at the after sales service I've received.
Someone from the head office called me a month ago after I complained and said they were sorry and would get back to me ASAP. That has not happened.
Im neither impressed by the copy and paste message they post on Hello Peter, it just shows, they have mastered the art of snubbing their customers.
