I purchased a Home Theater System and when i opened the sealed box the DVD machine had been used. It was badly scratched and had a crack in it that was glued together. I asked for a replacement. It took over a week for them to organize another machine and then i was never contacted saying that it was ready to be picked up. When i did pick it up and opened it at home the remote was not in packaging and had no back. I later then discovered that the remote does not work, after i had set up the entire system. I have already had a problem with the system and now the remote is faulty. This is unacceptable. They were meant to check that everything was ok and hadn't been used as a demo. They clearly do not have any care once the customer has purchased something. I am highly disappointed in their post purchase service.
