Ordered "Mophie" battery pack for iPad - Company a R 100, 00 cheaper than competitors (Can now see why!) Confirmation received of order same day - Needless to say C/card swiped next day - Six days later had to e-mail for my goods' whereabouts as this is contrary to their "Shipping Policy" as advertised on their website - Apology received - will be shipped soon - Had to e-mail three days later again to find out about whereabouts of goods - Got an e-mail saying it was shipped last night and will provide tracking number - End of business day now (18H22) - still no tracking number received... NOT a competent company to do business with! Would have rather paid a R 100, 00 more, and have had the item and not the frustration. Hands off! Doesn't look as if I am the only complainant, judging from HelloPeter... Let's see what happens...
