I have ordered a Raspberry Pi from RS Components, since the 6 June 2012. Few days after the order, they sent me an email saying that the delivery will be delayed due to a manufacturing problem. In November, I received an email from them saying that they've dispatched my product but since then I did not receive anything to this day. And I know people who ordered the same product months after me but have already receive their products. I have call them many times with no successful response. This is extremely disappointing and the don't care attitude they are displaying is really sickening. Now I have exhausted all the possible options and do not know what to do in this situation.
