I have ordered a few products from online retailer, CityMob and the process has always been simple and quick, I always receive delivery within the time frame stated and the products are always good quality. I have in the past received notification that the product that I ordered was out of stock, the message was extremely apologetic and not only did they refund my payment, they also gave me a free shipping voucher.
This past month I ordered a few vintage light bulbs amongst other things and despite the packaging stating FRAGILE, when I opened the package, one of the bulbs was broken. However, their website states that they have a refund/returns policy on damaged goods so I emailed them to tell them about the bulb, and sent pictures of the product. Within a day I received a to-the-point email stating that they were very sorry about the broken goods but that they would be sending a courier to pick it up and that a new one was on it's way to me.
This is the kind of attitude and excellent service I expect from a company that will continue to be successful in the future.
