I have purchased a fridge and microwave, both Samsung products. Naturally, when the time came to purchase a TV, i went the Samsung route. My TV was unable to play 3D movies and i returned it on the 11/01/13 for the problem to be rectified. I received my TV 5 days later only the problem was not sorted and i have even more issues now. The TV now blacks out when loading a HDD, the picture flickers at times, the black is no longer pitch black, it now freezes when skipping through channels and still does not play 3D movies from a bluray player. I have now returned it again.
I feel that a company of this size should be able to repair their problems first time round. The inconvenience of having to physically take the TV twice is unacceptable. I paid a lot of money for the TV and i am yet to enjoy it to its full capacity. While the service staff have been accommodating, i feel i am now stuck with an inferior product. The TV has been in twice, what will happen once its out of warranty?
Samsung needs to step up and own up if they have a problematic device and either compensate or replace the product accordingly. I am hesitant about purchasing anything else through your company.
