I recently download IOS 6.1 on my Iphone 4s upon receiving a new update on 11/2/2013 ive been struggling to carry out the full down load We phoned Istore Waterfront who quoted R175 for the update.
I have tried many times to download the update but kicks out half way Who is paying for the spent data???
I dont feel that I should spend any money as its not my fault it cant down load
Just waited for 10 minutes on the phone to the Waterfront then went onto voice mail, advised voice mail box full
Did place a complait to the following on 6/2/2013to [Email Removed] ref 93701 still no reply
Not happy at all
