I purchased an Aluminium Venetian blind at Tyger Valley mall in Cape Town. The item was written width of 1600mm, length 1600mm which is what I was looking for. Upon opening, measurements on item did not correspond. inside I got W1600mm and L1000, I tried to return the blind at Zevenwatch mall in Kuils River For an exchange not a refund, the guy by the name of T February told me on my face he can not exchange the product and also I can not buy a Bakkie and expect Truck. He then told me it was my fault not to open the item at the store. He continued to say for further complaints I can go to the store where I purchased the item from. Kindly assist
