I am truly disappointed by the company for not providing us an outstanding service as I have Logged a Call on Monday already for them to come and assist with the Geyser problem I have.
My family and I we not getting any joy from this, we recently bought a New House thinking that we wont have to experience such treatment or problems but here we are facing them. the Sub-Contractor just told me that he will only come through on Friday to have a look at it meanwhile I notified TasolSolar 1st thing Monday morning about the matter. It has been 4 days now without having Hot water within the household, every morning we have to use a kettle in order for us to bath of which is not doing any good.
Why must we have Geysers if Geysers wont provide us with Hot water?
TasolSolar has to do something about such treatment from their Sub-Contractors
