Very disappointed with ABSA insurance service

On the 18/02/2012 morning I called ABSA Insurance call centre 08282830099 advising them that my geyser was spraying out water, my reference number is 2338245, I'm out on a business trip and my wife made numeral calls to get someone to come fix this geyser. The person that is handling our claim by the name of Roleen asked my wife to remove the ceiling if she wants the geyser contractors to come over, on Saturday 23/02/2013 I got a call from one of the geysers contractor that he cannot go ahead and replace the geyser unless someone removes the ceiling and he explained his job description.

All I want is to be offered a service that I'm paying for, I'm very disappointed with ABSA insurance service.

If my geyser is not fitted by tomorrow afternoon 25/02/2013, I'm going to have to cancel my business trip to attend to this matter personally and ABSA will pay for my flight and all my inconveniences
