No Service, No feedback, No working Telephone Line

My Duratherm solar Geyser supplied by W.E. GEYSERS burst on Sunday, reported it to the supplier on Monday, it is now Friday and I still don't have a replacement unit. Tried to call the call centre but their lines are either down on they can't hear you or find your reference number. The lady at W.E GEYSERS maintains that they outsource warranties and don't deal with it directly. None of my messages or phone calls requesting feedback were returned. The Outsource plumbers tell me that they need to order a geyser - I can't even guess how long this is going to take.

This is shocking customer service. What does a 10 year warranty help if you have to deal with this circus to get a replacement unit. Imagine if you only have a single geyser in your house and you have been without hot water for almost a week.

DO NOT buy this company's products as they simply do not have the support structure or necessary customer-centric service approach to deliver a proper service.
